Brand new Broil King Pellet 400 and the app won't connect to Wifi or let me skip that option. Contacted support and was told to try an iPhone. Was also given an excuse that "some phones and tablets are not good at transferring large data packages. We’ve noticed issues with almost all companies other than iPhones." If you aren't going to support the app, why have one at all?

Worked great until the app was updated. Constantly crashes and when it does work, will only connect to smoker via Bluetooth and not wifi.

I now own an iQue gas grill & pellet grill. They both work perfectly. It takes a little know how when setting them up, but once you do - Effortless control. I went through the directions twice - just so I knew it was done right. It even motivated me to move my modem done to the main floor AND after doing that, EVERYTHING worked better. The grill, the TV and computers in the basement. *The 2.4Ghz set-up was crucial. Better transmission overall. Common sense directions! Happy Griller!!
