Decent app Pretty basic but it doesnt need much, id add photos of each move just like the book has to save referring to the book to check form etc and a rest timer would be cool but not necessary.
Solid Excellent app. Does exactly what I need it to. The interface is a little less intuitive than I am accustomed to, but after an initial adjustment period, I love the setup. Very functional, without a lot of clutter onscreen.
Good motivation Keeping the slow grind timing, and quick references to your progressions and weak links, helps wonderfully. GTG and strength in the bank techniques keep a consistent advancement, keeping motivation up. For some reason I was unable to access some features with my galaxy tab 4 7.0. Nothing I couldnt do without...
Works with the book It's a pretty good app, but it's not much as a standalone resource -- it's a tool in support of the book. As a companion to help with following the book, it's very well done. My only criticism is that I don't always keep the book in front of my so I don't necessarily remember how to perform each variation just from the name. A couple of pictures demonstrating each movement would be a welcome edition. There's still no substitute for the book to really understand the program. I just think the easier it is to use the app, the more you make it so I don't have to run back to the book, the better.
Love it I went through a number of Play store difficulties to get this app but it was definitely worth it if you're serious about convict conditioning training. You can log trainings anywhere and the feature to schedule which steps you need to do each day is very useful. 3 suggestions: 1.Add a trifecta check (convict conditioning 2) 2. Add neck, calf, side, grip work exercises in a seperate section 3. Make it possible to log more than 2 work sets... im doing 5 per training (trying to follow solitary confinement)
Great app, very helpful This app is great for keeping track of your workouts using Convict Conditioning. The settings are easy to use, and the timer is great for counting and keeping the proper pace. Love it, well worth the $$.
