Listening to this app helped me remain centered and grateful in the midst of helping friends deal with devastating impacts of a tornado. Focusing on things I feel thankful for makes it easier to keep a positive, peaceful mindset. Love being able to tune into this anytime and anywhere❤

Just that one moment made me feel centred, calm, grateful...I need to do this frequently...not time consuming and helps with pain and other symptoms that serious illness brings ... reminds me to breathe...I have a massively enlarged liver and mindful, meditative breathing helps me to cope with the panicky shortness of breath caused by pressure on my lungs and permanently- upward diaphragm.
