Bromcom's MyChildAtSchool Parent App is designed to increase the parental engagement between Parents and Schools by sharing key information about their children's day to day school information.

Please note that you need to have been invited by your child's school in order to use this app.

Horrendous app which we have no choice but to use as the school have chosen it. Although the purpose is communication, we do not receive notifications of messages or notifications and have to open the app and check it to see if anything new has appeared. Teachers assume you know things but if you happened to be busy and not look that day, you have no idea, coming across like bad parents. The homework appears haphazardly rather than in date order and remains as outstanding even when completed.

A lot to improve. Bio auth twice at launch. My Child screen title bar is greyed out at launch. Top left portrait icon is stretched. Calendar brings up timetable in a different style to the Timetable screen. Timetable and Attendance don’t show the free periods. It feels odd that clicking an account in Accounts goes back to My Child. No Announcements message is in red like an error, and in different style to the No Conversation message. Horrible app. It was working reasonable well until I just tried to access a new message. It wouldn't let me log in so I tried to reset my password and was challenged with image captcha. Devs must have thought it would be funny to cover up what you have to identify with a drop down bow for the language. Nice one amateurs! Eventually changed password, and it took several tries before the app would let me in with the new password. Got in to find appalling update. Looks terrible and hard to navigate
