The Bronson Project is a 12 week training and meal plan program run by real coaches.
We have a created a structured program for everyone who wants to get in better shape and become stronger, more motivated and rediscover the joy of training.
We only run four Bronson Projects per year, starting on pre set dates. We run batches of groups of 100, so you always have 99 other motivated people that will help you along your journey towards a better you.
