I'm giving it a 3 because when you need to email your provider it is so difficult to navigate trying to find what you need. especially if you have scheduling questions and you work the back shifts and emailing is the best way to do so. there is no way to just select your doctors office for one of the providers up front to help you, only call options avaliable.

i love this app, you can communicate with your doctor a lot faster, see your test results, and schedule appointments. highly recommend ☺️

Bronson MyChart makes it so easy for me to keep track of what I need to do in order to be proactive in my own health care. From seeing test results and scheduling appointments, ordering refills and finding my doctor's phone numbers, this app is one of the most used apps that I have.
