About this app

Brother iPrint&Scan is a free app that lets you print from and scan to your Android device. Use your local wireless network to connect your Android device to your Brother printer or all-in-one. Some new advanced functions have been added (edit, fax send, fax preview, copy preview, machine status). For a list of supported models, please visit your local Brother website.

- Edit previewed images using the editing tools (scale, straighten, crop) if necessary.
- Send a fax directly from your mobile device.(This app feature requires access to the contacts list on your mobile device.)
- View received faxes stored on your machine on your mobile device.
- The copy preview function enables you to preview an image and edit it if necessary before copying to avoid copy errors.
- View the machine’s status such as ink/toner volume and error messages on your mobile device.

Used to work fine. It was never great. But it performed the function of printing. Now I just can't connect to it. Tried I installing and reinstalling the app. No luck. Tried manually entering the ip address. The progress indicator just keeps spinning. And of you want me to contact customer service, please say how. Most apps have a. Contact Me link. Nothing here. Send me an email address in your response.

The app and printer Never failed before the update. Now it tries but stops and says can't connect after 48%. Have wasted a lot of time, paper and ink trying to get this stupid app to work. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. UNTIL THEY FIX IT, THIS APP IS FREAKING USLESS. Update 7/23. What ever they did, IT'S WORKING AGAIN! They even got back to me. Other then that one problem, it's a great printer. Thanks for fixing!

So frustrated!!! This app used to work really well. Then a few weeks ago, poof! It stopped connecting to the printer. I have gone through every troubleshooting step. I have restarted phone/printer/router, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, tried manually entering the IP (I have it memorized at this point), etc. And the app WILL NOT connect to my printer, which my router clearly shows as connected to the same Wi-Fi as my phone. I'm at my wit's end.
