App is almost useless. Often, when I make temperature adjustments on the app, they do not register with the thermostat. Other times, the app will say the temperature is set at one setting, but the thermostat actually has it set at another setting. Frequently, the only way to make changes to the temperature is to go to the physical thermostat itself because the app will not register the change. No customer service available; developer is completely unresponsive when emailed.

App is great ... when Carrier/Bryant server is up. Trouble is that the product relies on an outside server that fails regularly and when it fails you can't control the HVAC unit from your phone. The real issue is that it takes usually 3 to 6 WEEKS for Carrier resolve the issue. Don't bother calling Carrier customer service because it takes an hour to get through and they don't know squat. Totally useless. They will tell you that they are working on it and there is no ETA. GOOD APP, BAD SUPPORT

When I change the temperature or some other setting on the app, that change goes back to the original setting (on the app) within a few seconds. And the change that I made doesn't even change on the actual thermostat. Therefore, I need to make all changes and adjustments directly on the thermostat. The app is currently useless.
