Auto Sync to 3rd Party Platforms
The Bryton Active app can automatically sync your workouts with your favorite 3rd party platforms such as Strava, TrainingPeaks, Selfloops, Today's Plan and Relive after simple set up so you can share your rides with friends and family or be fully prepared for race day!

Easily Update Firmware/GPS Data
After pairing your computer with the Active app, it will automatically check the firmware version and current GPS data on the device and notify you when updates become available so you are always have the newest and best updates and features!

New Bluetooth-Enabled Features
It is now possible to sync and plan workouts, download planned trips, view/upload ride logs, modify device and data grid settings, calibrate altitude and much more all via Bluetooth from the Bryton app without connecting the device to WiFi (mobile data charges may apply)

New Automatic Features
With the new app, it is now possible to automatically sync tracks from your device to the Active app, automatically calibrate altitude, and set up the auto pause feature of the Bryton device.

I use a rider 10, I love the computer itself. However Bryton issued this new app and it's a poor replacement. It will not sync to Strava, despite connecting accounts and giving all permissions on both apps. I can export an image file with a summary of my ride, but all data concerning Strava segments are missing. A friend suggested deleting the last couple rides and trying to resync. Nope, and now I lost all previous ride data. I liked Bryton before, but I will be switching companies now.

Everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago. Now bluetooth won't stay up reliably between the app my 410 head unit, when I launch the app, it wants me to turn on gps in my phone, & I can't upload my ride stats from thebhead unit to the app. At least they sent a notification saying that as of 7/31, due to a recent update of Android Webview, some things in the app won't work right, but this needs to get fixed!

Everything works with location permission only whilst using the app. I keep backing out of the forced switch to system settings every few seconds and I can otherwise do everything. I’m not going to share my location all the time and it clearly isn’t needed. I will use the app when I want it, you don’t get to force me to do whatever you decide it the background.
