Assalamualaikum First time I got experience with your apps as a doctor and I must share some problems of your apps which must be corrected immediately: 1. Connection didn’t establish at first go, required 4-5 times! 2. Most of the medicines are not enlisted in your software, so very difficult to prescribe required medicine. 3. There should be option to send the prescription again or to send a newer one without getting a new appointment by the patient. Plz take necessary steps to correct.

Not functional, incompetent people working. I say this because they take payment upfront, and the doctor doesnt show up, then take 3 weeks or more for refund. Customer service rep hung up multiple times. Not gona use pulse ever again. Very bad experience.

Dislike their services. I scheduled an appointment at 11 may 8.20 pm. They did not respond. Now the offer me a new schedule. Timing is very much important. If you dont maintain timing, please do not run this type of services.
