I love this game so much. I've had to uninstall it a few times but I'm glad you guys have a cloud support because i would've hated to have to start all over. You guys are the best. Thanks you for making this game and i hope that you guys will keep making these awesome games in the future. Bye
Ima give it another go. After conversing with one majesticly bearded game dev at my workplace, I've decided to go for sloppy seconds. Btw, what kinda blackmagic shenanigans did you pull today? Two minutes after our conversation, I got promoted. (My gf and I share her game account, hence the name and pic)
New games come and go, but I always seem to come back to playing Crashlands. Between great gameplay, awesome graphics, and a fun story, I feel like this game is higher quality than some PC and Console games that sell for $20+. There is tons of exploration on an absolutely huge map. Lots of enemy variety (a few different variations of each enemy type, and all enemy types have different attacks/strategies), and a decent crafting system that essentially takes the place of "levelling up" (you find materials to make upgraded weapons and gear, and that in turn increases your stats and abilities, making you tougher). I play on an S8+, and the colours and graphics are just great. Love the consistent style that Butterscotch Shenanigans uses across their games. You can really see the love and care that the developers put into this game. Watch a couple of gameplay videos online to make sure you're down with the style...it's not quite the same as a lot of similar looking games. I haven't tried with a gamepad (yet), but touch controls are intuitive and not a problem at all. Definitely recommend this game.
Finally, Android TV is supported. This game is much easier to play on my Shield TV with controller and large screen than a phone. The targeting system is still a little sporadic at times but doesn't affect the game too much. The only other issue I have is some times the 3 for dots above the character your supposed to talk to after completing a quest doesn't appear on the map. This leads to more running around trying to figure out what needs to be done. Also, not a fan of being forced to setup an account with the developer to store and transfer saves. Why is this necessary other than data mining?
Great game just seems to be a few glitches on my pixel 2 xl. Some presses don't seem to register. Pathing is a bit rough. Also, the graphics don't seem to fit the screen. Overall a great adventure.
THIS GAME IS THE BEST. I don't see any problems. Except there should be a 2nd game to this. Something on the lines of "Crashlands: Flux's return" or simply "crashlands 2" were she got stranded some were else or is trying to get back after awhile. IMPORTANT PART: Maybe this mush up of ideas - After awhile Flux decides to say goodbye and put together a spaceship and get back to home planet but mid way blah blah blah she has crashed on another planet. And so begins the new game. TAH DAH!
