I have tried to make several international transfers for the past 2 weeks and all are being rejected due to missing information (USA bank name, etc). I tried online help did not get any help. I tried calling and did not get any help and the bank is closed due to a holiday. The old app was working good did not have any problems with international transfers. I deleted my international beneficiary and added again to the BSF account and the issue is still happening. Really hope they fix this ASAP

the application doesn't work well for Android, difficulties in paying bills with massages of failure of payment which turns to be not true. can't download statements from Android. the applications is designed for IOS (iPhone)

This app is a good improvement from the previous one and I think you improve it as you go. I have few comments: why it does not show how much is remaining to pay off the credit card statement when partially paid? recently, I am have trouble opening the credit card statement and downloading it. we will work with you till you get it right.
