Supposed to be able to download programmes to watch later but no matter how hard i try it will not allow me to do so even though i have had extra for many years now. Does not work like it used to. Rubbish. Come on Sky if you want to keep long time customers.
This app is terrible everything I try to watch it says technical issue. When you do finally get to watch something there is far to many ads. I can't believe how bad this app has got. Bye bye to my sky subscription 🤚
It's utter rubbish. Well at least I am not alone, buffer, freezing, blurred programmes, and I get told my broadband fault. Ha ha pull the other one. It's absolute disgraceful, and customer services ha ha joke more like. Recommend NEVER . Can't even give minus points
Come on Sky, hire some decent developers for your application and stop giving it to graduate students to play with it. This is the worst application ever, so unstable. I'm giving it another month and I will cancel my subscription.
After a recent update. Whenever watching live tv. The app crashes as the show goes to an advert break. It claims there's no internet signal. Have to reload it and it magically realises there wad a signal all along. Gets annoying quickly! Galaxy Note8 latest Android version.
Adverts too long, programs keep buffering and going blurry. And at certain points the video skips so you miss some of the action. Couldn't download before watching so limited to streaming so quite useless really. Only got 2 stars because of the content available otherwise would be 1 star
