Won't play downloaded programmes Samsung galaxy tab, if there is no valid Internet connection it won't play downloaded content. I download so I can watch when I am travelling "offline" so what is the point. This has been an issue for nearly a year now. Seriously considering cancelling sky all together.
So Disappointing... I have recently been denied watching Skygo, on demand, like so many others, I get a 'you need to have a Sky customer with the relevant subscription to watch this programme' (Huh?) Like others, I already do and have done, did the delete and reinstall, no advancement... c'mon Sky, you must do better... EDIT: uninstalled, reinstalled twice over since, still have the issues above.
Stopped working Since updating my Nexus 9 to android 6.0.1, I can't play anything, app keeps telling me to restart app or media streaming failed.
Excellent Really well designed app that I've not had a single issue with in the month or so I've been using it. Video playback is beautifully smooth regardless of whether your watching catch up or live TV and as long as you've got sky go extra or whatever it's called you can download whatever you want to watch offline at a time of your choosing. Top marks all round.
Very good The live watching is around a minute bkehind live TV but not a problem unless it's a live programme. It's sometimes dissapointing when you spend time searching for a film to watch when you're away from home and it says you can only stream imt and not download but in general it's great quality and resolution and very good on my galaxy s tab.
Works well Works very well, never had a problem with it. Brilliant app. Thanks sky..! Now if only you would sort your prices out.. I don't have sky sports so I can't see why you put my prices up to cover the costs of you spending billions on it.. Just saying.... Good app tho 👍
