The latest update (v6.0.5) has a major issue. you cannot stream live tv over mobile data (4g/3g). you get an error "q box is already streaming to maximum devices'. i have sky hd not sky q, so i should not have this issue.
Ouk on my tablet but on my Android 4.4 phone when I rotate the screen the picture disappears in the top left hand corner of the screen so you can only watch with the phone vertical and with the aid of a magnifying glass!!! As of 30th April now getting Application Error and it stops!!!!
Please roll back to the pre-March version. It was (finally after many years) working great at that point. This new March update has ruined it. Please roll back, please, please, please!
New version just out, still not any better, finding live content is easy but the guide is 40mins ahead of real time so therefore watching live content is hard to do, sky have been conning costumers for far too long now, no wonder sky go is free if i had to pay for it I'd be changing company.
Since the March 17 update the app constantly freezes to the point it is not watchable, now swapped to kodi to watch sky feeds which don't hang. You need to get this sorted. It used to be a brilliant app. New layout is good, however a simple SD / HD program selection would reduce the time it takes to find programmes.
Have lost all favourite shows, previous layout much better will not be watching much now unimpressed. I watch sky to nightly, have had error code 14 each time I tried to watch something. Previous streaming was so much better. Pay a lot of money for this service, seriously thinking about moving providers. Sky go should be renamed sky stop!
