I get only sound, no picture with android 7.1.1, it works just fine on my wife's phone with android 7.0. Sky needs to sort this huge issue out ASAP. I phoned customer service, and all they could suggest was to uninstall and reinstall.. Of course that did not fix the problem, and they said I don't have good enough coverage/WiFi speed, even though it works fine with the same network coverage on Android 7.0
Doesn't work with any modern browsers. Constant faults make it near impossible to watch anything but the most annoying aspect is if you do manage a dowload you only have 2 days to finish watching things. So unlike the box that will keep it, on Sky Go it will have deleted it if you want to finish watching it a few days later.
Would give the app a minus if it would let me! How frustrating, it won't even let me log in. I can either put my username or password in but not both at the same time!! Trying to download films for the kids whilst we travel on holiday but after paying for the full package including HD, I guess we will have to do without!
Android 7.1.1 can we have compatability please. Us android users have enough to contend with against Apple without this too. All menus and audio.... Just no video. Please respond so the masses can see what's happening. Same issue with your now TV as well
Used to work well on my old android HTC 1 but have just changed to HTC U11 and I can open programs and hear audio but will not play video content!!!!!! Sort it out SKY!! Looking through the feedback loads of people have a massive problem Sky costs me over£1,000 per year and this is utter rubbish. Fix it sky people pay slot of hard earned money for your services!!!
While watching streams of content there's a ticking noise in the background of the audio. This is severely distracting, and is known to irritate me to the point I want to break something or someone. This has been in the app for months, I've tried to tell many customer support members and nothing has worked, it is a joke.
