Just terrible,new layout so user unfriendly, too many channels I can't view. If you press back it goes all the way back to main menu. The website so also super bad. Google and Firefox don't even support it anymore. How is sky so bad?
App crashes when an advert tries to play. Very annoying as I can't continue where I left off once the app restarts. Disappointing.

Never works, always get error codes
This app and service is terrible. When setting up, the app directs you to manually go to the phone settings menu to set permissions, it's the only app I've ever seen that requires this. And when I actually got in, it turns out that although I'm a Sky customer, I'm not actually eligible to watch anything beyond a couple of trailers for some reason. It's impenetrable.
Constantly crashes and doesn't pick up a programme where I left off so need to watch the 5+ adverts before I can skip to where I was. Then I skip and it crashes AGAIN. Totally unusable as it becomes absolutely tedious uninstallin and then reinstalling the app. It isn't WiFi connection problems either as every other streaming app, Netflix, now tv, Amazon, on my tablet works fine. Massive company that has failed miserably
So since last night I am now not able to download or stream anything due to an 'unknown technical issue'. Surely the issue is that your developers are chimps without the first clue of how to develop and maintain an app to achieve its basic operational functionality. Sort it out.
