Ratings and reviews

Far too slow to load and getting worse. I have a Sky mobile. You'd think opening a Sky app would be quick and efficient. It is not. AND -- The present fault with Sky Talk Shield should be clearly alerted not hidden in Sky Talk features. "Issues accessing your settings You might be having issues accessing certain information about your Sky Talk Shield settings. We're working to fix this and apologise that it's still ongoing."

I have been trying to access the app for the last 6 months and every time I do it gives me an error message and It does not recognise my post code. So I cannot access the VIP bit on the app or even the app itself. Even when I try and sign in on the Browser page through Chrome it lets me sign in but I cannot access anything on the Web page it my account

Absolute rubbish app. Does not work half the time. Rewards, is that what you call them? I think it's time to move on from the whole sky package. Constant Price increases, Enough is enough. Owe, you scored Nil stars. Can't give a no stars review so it has to be 1 star
