I downloaded this app just a few days ago, and so far, it's just proved to be completely useless! I have been trying to upgrade my broadband using one of my rewards, and every time, it comes up with an error. I have even tried doing it on the sky website and still the same issue! Honestly, there's no point in having an app for people to use their rewards if you won't even let them have them.. Oh, and btw.. Before sky wishes to reply to my comment, please don't bother saying try again later..

Terrible app to use. You try to get into your account and instead it takes to the latest mobile phone deals. My husband and I tried over 5 days to get into our account and use our piggy bank roll over data. Absolutely impossible. Extremely frustrating. Very hard to find a contact number to call also. No excuse Sky. This is not a user friend app!!!! I would give you minus 5 stars if I could.

Only thing the app let's me do is transfer data from my piggy bank. Cant run broadband test as it says I don't have sky broadband (which I have had for years). Can't do anything with account as it just says " we can't do this right now". O t s been saying that for about a year. The app needs fixing. Its not very good at all.
