the app seems to be getting worse, whenever I try to look at deals or the vip section it just shows a blank page, what's the point in offering deals on the main page to then not show them when you click to view, its also really slow to load sometimes or just doesnt load at all, I dont have time to keep uninstalling and reinstalling as that is the usual answer to fix, why cant the app just work as intended?!?

This is one of the worst apps I ever seen, never works on my account eventhough I am logged in. Moreover, every time when I have an issue I feel like this app it's a dead end.....instead of supporting the customers it's more like a brick wall. Also, I have finally closed my account with Sky as being the most unprofessional and worst company that I had to deal in my life!!!

I have the app installed, but rarely use it. The one time I needed to as my fibre broadband went down, it erroneously reported everything was fine and it could successfully communicate with the Hub. I dispute that as the ONT was offline and the Hub showing nil connectivity. Sort of makes the app totally pointless.
