Pathetic aftersales service from Libra Hundai. The app does not even show all the services undertaken. And the guys at Libra Hundai are cheats. They said wheel bearings, brake shoes and brake cylinder have worn out and need change just after running 6000 kms after they changed these parts from the same workshop. It seems they change parts for their relatives and friends and charge you. Sad state of aftersales service.
It worked for both my Hyundai vehicle. The only drawback is that it's not very active app and not of use for anything. Guys u should make this app active as there are majority of people with Hyundai vehicle and everyone love to have the Hyundai app in their phones for there loved CAR.
Not able to login from date of purchase, or from last one yr. Talked to customer care and Republic Hyundai workshop. All went invain. VIN is MALBM51BLFM154771. What is the issue? Wants to send screenshot. Where?
Cannot login after trying several times. Screen is freezing and not directing to next page when login or register. To be improved.
