app is not sensitive to touch - does not respond to actions, very bad look and feel, poor ui. Performance is abysmal, just forever keeps loading and at the end of it the loader simply stops and you are kept staring at a blank screen. Internet is good on my phone as I don't have issues with other apps. This apps performance has always been like this... Horrible!!!

1. Most of the times this App does not open and displays message 'Something went wrong'. 2. The App when seldom opens works extremely slow. 3. Some links in the sometimes open, sometimes not. 4. Any payment made does not get updated in the App on time The internet connectivity and other Mutual Funds Apps are working fine with much better speed apart from being user friendly. We like product offering of Aditya Birla Capital. But extremely poor Mobile App functioning is a big negative point

Worst service. Unable to change bank details through their app. Their customer care number is full of ringing and no one pickup the call. Lot of office location which they mentioned in their website is currently not available. They have closed or shifted to other place. But their is no update about it in their website. Then how can a customer contact with them? Now I have trust issues with their service.
