App works. But update really sucks.. In the middle of payment they always pops for force update.. Imagine you're in urgent situation or paying something in queue & purchasing product under limited time promotion.. Can't you hold back for a second? Update & install take few minutes can't you see? Proceed payment just under 10 seconds.. Make it better.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the current performance of the application. Each time I open the app, it takes an unusually long time to load, often remaining stuck on the loading screen for an extended period. This significantly affects the overall user experience and makes the app inconvenient to use. I kindly request that the technical team look into this matter and improve the app’s loading speed and stability. I hope to see improvements soon,

The new interface after latest update is so slow, lagging, always loading, sometimes it shows balance in my account sometimes it shows 0 balance. Just now I transfer via duitnow, transfer failed but it deduct balance from account. The system is so not user friendly
