Its always been a great app.. BMS...they make movie watching as a memorable experience. Just one thing the offers and discount coupons which are sent in the mail... For booking tickets, are not always redeemable. I sent a mail attaching the snapshot for the failure of the codes also, but the feedback was not good. Other times it shows that the code is not activated or already used. Kindly do not send codes which are not activated. If u want viewers to use codes for booking tickets then kindly send them legitimate codes which can be used. Because of high internet taxes, these discount coupons are really handy sometimes. Off late Bugs in the App are a pain. There is every chance once in two times the App goes into an endless loop. Reinstall as well is not effective. The feature of offers applicable on quick pay cards is not at all effective - App cannot match running offers. Some weird excuse like no Internet connection is shown by app while booking process is in the middle and transaction gets disconnected. Not happy. Logging itself sometimes takes into endless loop. Very bad experience Four booking failures within three weeks and the payment has been deducted all the time. Though the payment will be credited within next one week, waiting for your money to get credited will be so much pain. They neither provide you the response quickly (within 24 hrs) nor compensate but they charge you more for internet and service charges. No value for customer's time and money.
No communication for booking sent during my last transaction, had to spend 40 mins discussing with the cinema management to trace tickets. Now within 1 month another transaction , availed promo off buy 1 get one free, the transaction failed and promo also exhausted without actual redemption, customer care no.s have waiting upto 150+ no response in time. Best of luck with your movie booking through the app.
When trying to book for a movie, always doesn't show any seats and throws an error to try again. It's so annoying. Also when seats are already full the color will be green and when clicked on green thing it shows sorry sold out. Please solve this.
