It the worst service I have had the misfortune of being locked in a 12 month contract . Plus apps just buffer. Iit look as it should very low quality very naff. I dont give it one star. If you must be as daft as me, once you have read the small print your out of your cooling off period. Don't make my mistake dont buy it
OK for checking bills but as for making payments don't bother tried all my cards and declined everyone of them. Ended up having to ring every time to pay. It takes days to update your account once paid so not really reliable.
Have never been able to connect to my hub to test speed or to restart, today's update doesn't work either. FTTH connection. Hi Ash, it's the new smart hub. It alwayd says to restart the router or try again later. Yeah tried everything it's our second smart hub too, the app could work neither. Guessing it's doesn't work on FTTP customers.
Not worth having on you phone because it does so little. Can't even do things it says it does, like tell me my broadband usage. Pile of c**p, really.
A real disappointment, could be sooo much better. It is not that user friendly and does not actually do much. Even the 'contact us' section takes you all round the houses to actually contact them. Almost trying to put you off. If you are going to have an app - keep it simple and have a purpose.
This app will not work/install on my device or infact visible on play store (Honor 5X). Please update this problem soon. Had to do this report with an old phone that I no longer use.
In the latest version of the My BT app, we’ve listened to your feedback and made some changes. You can now download your bill as a PDF, check your usage for all your BT products – including landline, broadband, TV and mobile. And we’ve added support for Nexus 6P and Pixel XL handsets.
