'Unexpected error' Every time I try to log in I get the same result. The latest version downloaded today is just the same. It's all very well for you to give me an 0800 number to call for assistance but I've wasted over 3 hours in the last 3 days waiting for a reply on that number. I still haven't managed to get through. I feel I'm just wasting my time getting nowhere. Appalling customer service!!
Not working Not working since new version 6 update does not find Wi-Fi spots and connect automatically even after reinstall and all permissions are on! NO issues win my account as all paid up on time and no known issues according to your staff.
Horrendous and totally pointless The application takes way too long to connect to ANY WiFi hotspots. Its much quicker to go to a browser window and input manually every time your username and password. There is literally no point in this app. Chocolate fireguards are more effective. Multiple versions of android and phones tried. All the same result.
Great idea but the connection ruins it I have been walking around and I need to use the hot spot but the connection I'd horrid and is not worth it if the connection was better this would be a 5
Unreliable, where are all these hotspots? Just installed update v5.0.13. Will check if it works better now. On HTC One [m7] Vodafone 4g, Android 5.0.2, Sense 6.0, SmartLauncher 3.19.05(beta)
Mostly harmless Like most things BT this app is a sloppy implementation of something that should be straightforward. Instead of just connecting to a local hotspot it insists on roaming around for business WiFi outlets. And the explanations as to why it needs all those permissions are confusing and unconvincing.
