The app is giving me an "insufficient amount" error every single time I try to add money, regardless of the figure I enter. Bhutan telecom really needs to hire a higher level, professional app developer to rebuild or properly maintain this system.

I am not able to transfer ownership of my SIM card. Once we insert the ID card number, it should be able to update the rest of the required information. Kindly program it that way. And while, updating via NDI app, My BT app can't automatically transfer the required data. Kindly, fix the bug. Otherwise, the app is very useful.

i cant even edit my name. thus im not able to register for b ngul. atleast check if your edit button is properly working or not.
