funny how the amazing features of this app still can't make me forgive the super slow, sluggish, glitchy, error-prone UX. you have the audacity to charge your credit card users 500k + 120k feesible a year for this terrible app with tons of errors and failed transactions? you're joking. it's been years yet your improvement is literally close to none. we still have many options for digital banking apps with speedy performance and fairer charge, so you better be on the mend.

First time using the application but what I can say is Jenius is mobile banking application that is simple to use. With just one application, I can top up numerous e-wallets and make a free transfer to another bank. My bills, including those for internet, energy, and even topping up my Spotify and Netflix accounts, are now easy to pay thanks to the fantastic financial management tool. It's extremelly helpful.

The UI on new update was pretty good, simpler and cleaner. The lagging issue seems to be improved that it is now tolerable, though it still feels a little bit sluggish for me. Overall, this is everything I could expect from a digital banking app. There are so many useful features for managing my finances. My suggestion is to make the Dark Mode option on the next update.
