Everything seems nice but I ran into a glitch when I closed my futures position and now I have almost $500 locked in my futures account which I can't move. It's been 9 days and still no good news from support. Every time I contact them they tell me they are investigating what happened, but I have no idea when I'll have my money back.

The apps looks very nice but I have tried several times to pass my KYC but each time they failed me without telling me why they disapproved it. That is the frustration I had and the experience wasn't a good one at all. I wrote to them about this but no one cares about it. Pls make the KYC application to be simple for those applying.

Do not use. Ever. If you deposit money using this service, your confirmation will take place but they will hold your crypto transfer for an undisclosed amount of time. No notification updates on your transfer and just waiting in the abyss until you contact them. Two separate times I've made a deposit. 24 hours will go by and it doesn't post. Worst service ever and honestly not sure if they'd steal you money if you didn't raise a ticket.
