Poor UX. I entered a pickup and dropoff location, hit next, and it started searching, no quote or anything. I then frantically hit the cancel button which popped up a confirmation window with no buttons to confirm I wanted to cancel. Fortunately support was quick and cancelled the request for me quickly.
left me hanging Mid conversation about finding me a driver, they (Rory) completely stopped communicating. The other number they gave me was out of service. No one showed up, nor called, nor emailed. Incredibly unprofessional able disrespectful.
Unable to create an estimated price This app is great in theory, but I want to get estimates before actually ordering a "buddy mover".
App is glitchy, i cant even finish the driver app. Because its so buggy and annoying. It wont even let me get past step 2 confirming my drivers license....
Driver App works well for drivers. Would be convenient if you could hit the address and have it open to maps . Overall pleasant to use
Cant cancel a pickup request. There's a button for it, but you can't click past the popup to confirm cancellation
