Sign up for Fastbreak to access features that will make your car rental experience easier. As a Fastbreak member, you can skip the line, make quick returns, manage your rental and customize your account all through the Budget app.

Make, modify or cancel your car rental reservation 24/7.

Find your nearest Budget car rental locations, hours of operation, addresses and phone number.

Navigate to your Budget car rental location.

Fastbreak members can access all of their rentals in one place. Easily view upcoming, current and past rentals. Access receipts, modify upcoming rentals and rebook past rentals for your convenience.

Need help on the road; call Roadside Assistance for immediate help.

Can't extend rental in app. Major deal breaker. Had to go all the way home to extend rental. This app is really useless if it doesn't provide the same or better experience than the website. On that note, it's also not clear on the website how to extend rental. You have to hit a button that says ENHANCE MY RENTAL, at first glance a user would assume this is to add a feature. Once you get to the next page it has the option to modify rental. Why not just have an additional button EXTEND MY RENTAL.

This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. Never takes the info and saves it. Always wants to sign in again !!! When I try, says wrong info, ridiculous! Also, every time I try to create another account like fast track, wants a different credit card?? What if I only had one?? I know apps, I do all banking and business on them. Yours is useless. May cause me to switch car rental agencies, if you can't run a simple app, do I want to rent from you???? FIX IT!!!

App is useless, as it has zero working functions. I'm normally a National renter, but unfortunately, I had to use Budget. I downloaded the app, and it never recognized my confirmation, never showed me having the car, nor does it show any past rental info after returning the car. I requested an emailed receipt and never received one. I need it for work reimbursement, but now they're trying to double charge me for a 3 day rental. App is trash, and the company isn't far behind.
