Worst. Lifeline. Provider. EVER. App displayed the name, address, and phone of a complete stranger when I logged in to my account. When I called "customer service" to alert them of this security breach, I was commanded to "just go online" and there was nothing they could (would?) do. . . Not only is this app useless and unsafe, I have had nothing but trouble with this service since I got it, and their "customer service" is the laziest and rudest I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and sign up with another carrier as soon as you can.
Horrible. When I first installed the app about 4 months ago, it was great. It showed my information and my balance. I could top off if needed. THEN, the beginning of June, everything wasn't right. It showed a lady's name, I am a male. Had a wrong address and wrong account information, like total minutes and texts left. So I called customer service about the APP and this woman named STUPID said for me to create a new account online. I asked why online, I am calling about the APP. Do not create a new account! Uninstall
Doesn't work My BF has the Budget Mobile Phone. He asked me to install app on my cell phone. I did it opens with login but has all wrong information. Wrong phone, account info all wrong.
Wrong info Where did your android coder go to school at? You need to replace them like yesterday.
