Very limited options in how to edit an order. For example, no options to say extra pickles on a sandwich. Or sandwich toppings/sauces on the side. You also can't pay at pickup when app ordering. Gift cards also do not work. It constantly says not connected to a Network when adding a gift card. I have tried on multiple Wi-Fi's, and 5g, same error.

Can't seem to get into the app fully - needs some major work. Had a hard time creating an account as well. It kept saying I was too young to create an account. I tried signing up through Facebook and another email. One email finally worked, but now stuck on the choose your location screen and can't go any further... Want to rate the app 5 stars, but only 1 for now because of all of the issues it has. The free appetizer for signing up is turning out to be pretty work intensive.

There is no option to add a tip and I didn't have any cash to give a tip to the very friendly host who got my food for me. It was confusing when I tried to add the blue cheese but it went to a page that said celery. It was the same when I tried Ranch. I had received an email that said I would get 10% off my first order using the app but in the app it says I have to be in the store to get the 10% off. Otherwise, ordering went well and the food was ready when I arrived to pick it up.
