Ratings and reviews

The app works very well, the only thing keeping it from being a 5 star is the inability to open multiple items and close multiple items ESPECIALLY with signatures. Having people sign each one individually as per the desktop version can all be signed out at once. I really hope this can be implemented soon. I would take back my score of 3 stars.

why are you guys messing it up after each update. the service is supposed to be improved with each integration. and you guys magically make it worse. the website is terrible after this new update the lay out is horrendous when we go to sign out pkgs. why do I need to see the whole unit's details when I'm signing something out. the scanning on the app is even worst to describe, doesn't work and the details on the screen don't even show. the last update was ok. and there was more info on thescreen

App is constantly crashing, can't sign in, and I can't keep track of scanned events or work orders it's time for the great reset
