Yuck. As a rental owner that uses buildium for property management purposes, I tried the app years ago and found it nearly useless (compared to the website). Recently I've tried it again and it's much more visually appealing than years ago, but it's almost as useless as before. I JUST WANT TO SEE WHO MY DELINQUENT TENANTS ARE!! Why should I need to run a report, download it, extract a file, and then look at each property separately?! Come on guys. For how much this software costs, gotta improve.

The app is very confusing. Utility income, rent payments, reports sometimes shows up and after logins I don't see the same informationI had during past logins. I hate this app so much I have to document the info I am constantly looking for elsewhere. I am stuck with this garbage until I fire my Property Management Company.

Our company is based in Bahrain and we are using Buildium in English. However, on Resident Center, the numbers are in Arabic. Most of our clients are not Arabic speakers, and we've been receiving multiple request to change it to English but there is no option. The resident center is deemed to be useless on our client's side since they couldn't understand anything. We've been requesting for update for the past 2 years with no avail.
