Ratings and reviews

For the most part, it is a simple app and I have no issues. I have a few complaints. First I used to be able to see my history, now I can only see last 3 charges so unable to view my last payments. I would also like to be able to pick the amt of the last payment made so I don't have to figure it out each time before the property management company puts in the charges. Third, I can't find anywhere to talk to customer service or provide feedback.

I like the Resident app. I Hate the Property Meld. they are not organized, they mix ppl up there by causing maintenance to have the wrong number or person or Apt bldg. it's happened to me a few times. things take way too long to get fixed, I want to talk to a real person or input the info myself and get a call back in a reasonable amount of time Not over a week later!

The Resident Center app is super easy to use! Even my elderly mother who who always has a tough time with technology, has no problems using this app! I definitely recommend Renters use this app for their residents!
