The Digital Guest Book with QR Scanner is an application for managing guest lists, speeding up check-in with QR codes, recording guest gifts, and exporting data to Excel.

Suitable for use as a guest book for weddings, circumcisions, birthdays, seminars, gatherings, office events, family gatherings, and various other occasions.

This digital guest book application is useful before, during, and after the event. Guest data is stored and can be viewed at any time.

MANAGE GUEST LIST

Prepare your guest list before the event by adding names, groups, number of guests, and important notes. Group guests by family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, VIPs, or other groups.

ADD GUESTS BY VOICE

Add guest names and groups by typing or using the voice input feature. Entering multiple guest details is quick and convenient.

CHECK-IN WITH QR SCANNER

Create a digital ticket containing a QR code for each guest. Upon arrival, the staff member simply scans the QR code to automatically record attendance and check-in time.

QR scanners help speed up guest check-in, reduce queues, and identify who has and hasn't arrived.

GUEST AND GIFT NOTES

Data on the app and website share the same source. You can prepare a guest list via the website before the event, then use the Android app to scan the QR code and check in during the event.

MULTI-DEVICE ACCESS

Use your account on multiple devices so multiple staff can check in and manage guests simultaneously.

GUEST GREETING SCREEN

Greeting each guest more personally is possible using the Greeting Screen. This feature can be accessed via a dedicated URL on UndanganLink.id using a laptop or computer and then displayed on a monitor or TV screen at the event location. Once the QR code is successfully scanned, the guest's name and a welcome message will be displayed on the Greeting Screen, making the reception experience more modern and memorable.
