Ratings and reviews

To new users, be aware of minimum charge. The app misleads new users to think the price is only calculated from per mile and per minute. But if the total price is lower than *local minimum charge*, they will charge the minimum charge which is not cheap. And their customer service is below average and they don't have direct number for customers to reach to resolve issue. They only communicate through email or text.

Worked great for me! Had to come here and rate because I'm shocked I saw a couple bad reviews. The app was smooth and super easy to use, customer service communicated very well from the beginning, and the driver was super helpful, quick, and even picked up some additional things that luckily fit in his truck! Have only used it once, but great idea and very helpful!

The interface is easy to use. I was able to schedule my pick up with no hassle. Text communications with Bungii staff on arrival time were friendly and professional. Casey (my driver) actually arrived arrived at the pick up point before I did, so we were able to get the items loaded and delivered in short order. Super efficient service. Will definitely use again.
