Been a user of burpple beyond for many years and got good deals out of it. However, with the recent updates, the app takes forever to load, logs me out randomly, and forces me to download another app to log in. It's extremely frustrating, hope sth can be done to fix it. Otherwise this would be the last time using beyond

Apart from the difficulties in its customer service system, the quality of the vouchers and number of restaurants has gone down drastically. Have been using this for years but now would not recommend paying for this anymore if they no longer onboard new places or have better voucher schemes. Last time it was known for 1-1, now its just 20% off & set meals that is not worth the cost. Which is why it saddens me that I will move on to other food subscriptions instead once mine expires. app hangs

The new map function is as stupid as it gets. No idea how the product got such a massive downgrade, why would you still use burpplebeyond with such a terrible map when there are other better alternatives Edit: Even after so many negative comments, it still retained the amended map function rather than the original. What a terrible app!! Edited in 2024: Over the years, burpple's map got downgraded for utility. But right now, it's a 0. It can't even be used. Disappointing
