DO NOT GET THIS APP! Worst experience. Booked and buses were at least 3 hours late I didnt even make it on the bus for the way back because it never arrived. They don't give refunds even though it states 120min delay will get you a refund, worst customer service, worst times, cancellations without warning. don't use busbud,flixbus, or greyhound they are all scams!

I am trying to cancel my ticket but unfortunately the application is unable to fetch the details with the given information. Whenever I am trying to reach support I am only getting response from the chatbot and they have some predefined answers. Which is not helping me with my queries. I dropped an email but getting response from chatbot with their predefined answers. Is there any way I can connect with support team not the chatbot.

Easy app to use, but their prices can be FOUR times the price charged by the bus company!! Also, they take no notice of your trip reviews, and the reviews don't seem to be available for other people.
