TEMPO: DANCE TRACKER was designed by Louise, dance physiotherapist. This app is designed to help dancers of all genres monitor their training load, shoe life, sleep, mood and stress. Ideal for dancers training professionally, pre-professionally or returning from injury.

Featuring plentiful tools for the dancing lifestyle, it effortlessly records a journal of sessions for Total Daily Load, Jumping, Pointe, Lifting & Partnering, Sleep, Water and Shoe Tracking. Each of these records are displayed among graphs and various visual indicators, to allow you to analyze your training effectiveness.

Record your daily water intake, at the touch of a button, with a distinct goal of 10 cups per day, it's never been easier to ensure you're giving your body what it needs each day.

Output your records in a comprehensive table by email on the graph page, to allow for professional analyzing of your training records, or for an outside record of your training over time.

An optional purchase ensures you plan recovery and build up your training routine slowly and safely. This optional purchase unlocks the ability for the app to analyze your week to week cumulative load, and be notified if your current week exceeds your previous week's load by 15% or greater.
