I am a power-user and have experience with the best companies offering such a service. Therefore, I hold the bar high with regards how the application works and the support I receive if I have problems. This is the most efficient program for what I do and the customer support is very personalized and they help you quickly fix the issue, if there is one. I would definitely recommend this app!
Tottaly FAC application On this apps website it is saying first 500 sms will free. I have sent 10 sms for trail. It takes charges from your main balance. Don't waste your time and money
OMG!! Could it be a Dream Come True!!? I have a land line biz number and pay for boring text forwarding to my cell. I decided to call this app about an upgrade, and I received hope & REAL answers!! I might just turn my business number over to a cell provider so I can use all the promising features!
Deceptive product The product doesn't work as advertised. First, unused credits for $15 disappeared when they weren't supposed to. Didn't even get a response from their customer support. Second, not a single of the 700 texts were delivered even though they deducted credits for the messages. These were all double opt in users who had given us permission to be texted. I know because we used a trackable link in the text messages and it got zero clicks from 700+ sent. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Limited message length causes overcharging Good interface. BUT, limiting messages to 160 characters causes one text message to be split in to 23 individual text messages & since you are charged credits per text, you can see where this will eat up your credits in short order when sending the same message to 200 clients and now your being charged for 4600 messages when you only sent 200. Not to mention how annoying it would be to me clients to receive 23 text messages from me in a minute! Please fix & I will reconsider using your app
