What a joke. The app does not work at all they want you to contact the school's transportation board and they don't know what they're doing and can't get the app to work when you call chipmunk themselves they can't get their own app to work. 8/26/24 This app is still such a piece of junk. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and now when it shows the school system responsible for my son's transportation and hit next it does nothing... can't even get past 1st setup screen.

The app is constantly having issues. either the server is down or it's just not working! For a couple months it works great. Other times it requires a login 5 times before it lets you in. Or it waits until you've tried logging in several times before saying the server is down. Or the buses are connected to the app but the app isn't relaying the location. Its an absolute mess. This is what the schools consider reliable....

Terrible. I have two 2nd graders, school policy is a parent has to be in sight at drop off or the bus will not let my kids off and take them back to school, so bus location is a very important thing to have especially when times differ nearly every day. This app never works, not for months even though I open it every single day! It either crashes, lags never leaving log in screen, logs me out and won't let me back in or say bus not reporting! Seriously disappointing and not helpful at all!!
