I want to love this app and I have been using it for years but more and more they keep making changes and breaking the app. Half the time, I don't even get a notification, even though I have the app configured to be allowed in the background and all that jazz, unless I have my phone open and the app actively open, I will not receive a notification. Lately it's even worse, to the point where I'll get the notification and I'll click unlock but it fails with some unreadable message. Stop breaking.

FAILURE! First of all, I have three shortcuts on the Android app and when it does work, the labels don't match the doors they actually open. But if you're in the app, the labels do match. We can't set the labels. But most of the time when I try to use the shortcuts, it gives me an error has occurred. It's 110° outside. I need the door to open. If you have Android users. I suggest you find a different product for your building until they fix failure. Tried two different phones. Latest os

This app/service will make you miserable. Incredibly slow way to open your door. It requires you to find the app, open it, wait several seconds until it connects, and then finally unlock. This would be bearable if it were reliable. Often times nothing happens. Better off using your key/keycode. Also the video call feature freezes the video almost all the time. Good luck identifying who wants to enter. Worst of all, I've missed dozens of requests to enter. No notification, no calls, nothing.
