Using SPH issued tablet (samsung galaxy tab A, SM-T510) with latest app update, using reading downloaded "Print" version with internet connected. 1) keeps showing Error msg: "Something went wrong during the download. Please try again later". Actually the "print version" of paper is downloaded successfully. 2) app keeps crashing. Either Screen freeze, or blank page, or not loading content Please address these issues. Thank you.

In my experience, there is one pop-up ad when you first open the app, and within the articles themselves, there are ads scattered between paragraph making the reading experience slightly disruptive. The issue to me however, is how I'm paying for a newspaper service that crashes when I want to read the paper. After scrolling for some time, it crashes and I have to scroll to that article again. TL;DR: 1. Lots of ads but tolerable 2. App crashes often and is inconvenient

The new app layout is unfriendly and limited. E-paper section has removed 2 functionalities. 1. Landscape to read is absent! 2. Full-size, full-screen e-paper used to fill the entire device screen, latest version is showing the icon, status bar of battery, clock etc. Unacceptable and disappointing. Please listen to feedback, survey of your customers, readers. Correct and thanks very much. Update 02Dec2020.
