Been using the app for few weeks and the experience have been smooth so far. The customer care for any queries are fairly responsive. Would definitely recommend using it.
It worked fine the first time that I bought the national pass, second time around it wouldn't even notify the gyms that I booked sessions at. The customer service became totally non responsive. I've tried calling the number that they've given to call for support but no one picks up. Once one guy did pick up but he was of no help,had absolutely no clue of what I wanted or what I was talking about. I even sent an email complaint explaining my issue but it's been 3 days and still no reply. I think this app is shutting down and it's one fail to another.
I am existing user of the app. Still not able to log-in
Couldn't get through. Tried logging in from Facebook- failed. Tried logging in from otp via sms- failed. Tried logging in from otp via call-in failed. One time I could get the correct otp, your code sent me back to the login page again. Horrible first time experience. You should test your app thoroughly before launching, or atleast push updates and improve.
The app doesnt work properly, it always gives an error saying connection too slow and i am on a very high speed internet. Due to this i am not able to even see the gyms in my area that would be accesible to me so how can i make my mind up about subscribing for a BYG membership.
