I encountered problems with the app: 1. Installing the app several times a day due to being unresponsive 2. The customer cancellation commission will also be charged to the rider and due to non-payment, the rider will not be able to take the next ride. 3. Despite the increase in petrol price, there is no increase in profit. 4. Showing navigation incorrectly, the rider will have to bear the cost of petrol and the loss of time for going so far. 5. No improvement after feedback

Worst interface ever. App don't work when optimized, Fetching location is the worst part of this app. It's a good effort to develop an app locally but you can't imagine to appreciate with a worst 1990s looking and working app. When you have other apps with just 10℅ commission and deduct after completing the trip, this worst looking with 20% commission (and deduct commission once accepted), is the not an acceptable one. Frankly speaking this is a 1/10 rating app

Zero customer support service. Worst support system. Support Agents don't even resolve and respond to our queries. What kind of support is that? There's no option to post screenshots here otherwise I should've posted the screenshots here. Anyways I'll post it on other networks.
