This newer version of the app functions much better than the old one which used to crash. The one issue I have is the Zelle feature has a significant flaw: when I transfer money, particularly if I've sent the person or business money in the past, I get an error that says I've already sent the recipient money today even when I haven't. If I accept the warning & send the money anyway, it will send it twice; if l don't press send, it still sends it. One time it sent the cash 3x! Fix it please!

Constantly crashing. Today's example: It seems to have decided very tiny amounts on Zelle now "exceed my daily limit," which is an obvious error. When I tried to message customer service within the app, it required me to pick a topic from a dropdown. But the dropdown refuses to load. So the message won't send. I'm getting really tired of this.

They finally upgraded the app and I love it! Before the upgrade/update it barely ever worked. There were a few hiccups at the beginning but no more. I was actually thinking of closing my accounts, but changed my mind because now finally the app works.
