I never understand why Indonesian provider apps just love clutter and bloat, having annoying pop ups and features that nobody cares, and in fact slowing down the app itself. People just want to do 3 things. Check balance, top up pulsa, and buy data packet. Why can't it be that simple? Also, there's still no way to convert physical SIM to eSIM. What's the hold up? So much for "digital" provider. Those annoyances put a bad image for this provider, which imo actually offer decent good service

For a provider that's heavily dependent on app, when your user cannot even login/open the app, it's very useless. I tried everything: 1. turning on/off the airplane mode, 2. clear the cache, 3. reinstalling the app. None. I tried to reach you via dm insta, felt like a bot. App cannot be accessed since new year, what a great way to celebrate new year!

🗣️📢 Login so slow, watching grass grow. Profile no show, where'd my info go? Email check crashed, this app's a major fail. By.U, more like "Bye-Bye," without a tale. Google login crash, 'No email found' flash. By.U app glitch, time to fix this trash!
