First week I've only used this for a week but so far it's great. I've always tried running in the past but fizzled out after day two. This program is very user friendly and gives you clear goals to achieve making it more engaging than running on your own.
This is awesome!! I am not a jogger and I found this to be an good, easy motivating way to start jogging. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't give partial credit at all. I made it through 6 of the 8 cycles on my first day and ended the work out and then the next day it was like "ready to begin day 1?" And I was like "noooooooooo!" But besides that it's great. Breaking it up into chunks makes it easy for you to get through the whole work out.
Gets me off my couch! Normally it takes a lot to get me motivated enough to exercise at all, let alone run/walk six times around my block before sunrise. But, there you go. The thing works, man. Woman. Nonbinary person. Buy it.
Outstanding app I am using this app to get back into running after a year long break. It's very well put together and designed. Near flawless.... And at 1.99 it's a great value. If your looking for a c25k training app, this is the one.
Great program, ok app Love the couch 2 5k program. Its easy for nonrunners like myself to get right into it. If you need an extra day to move up to the next level, you take an extra day. My only complaint is that my google play doesn't work through the app but I can use it at the same time successfully.
My personal information The app was draining my phone when not in use so i decided to investigate. It turns out that even if you pay for the app an incredible amount of information is sent back and SOLD to 3rd parties.
