App is very buggy and doesn't connect to devices when i needed the most. after repeated attempts to play the scenes, I keep getting 'Sorry, we can't connect to tank. Try again' error. For the amount I spent on all devices and not able to connect to app is a very unpleasant experience. Now, I regret buying Ecotech/AI products.

In concept this app is great. In practice it has its issues. I never get connected to all my lights (Xr15 G4) when I open the app. I have to remove whatever light doesn't connect from the "tank" and add it back. Power cycling won't do it. Then I can set the lighting without getting "failed to connect" errors when I save. And even when I do have all the lights connected, scenes only controls one of them. A few times I have had a scene work correctly but don't know what was different. Hoping future updates will correct these issues.

It stops reading 1 of my vortech MP10s in the app and then freezes when I tap on the pump. I have to constantly restore them both via backup. Not cool and very inconvenient. We use top of the line equipment to be using a mediocre app to control the equipment. "Get it together developers or else you'll be without any users for this app!!!"
